Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9e en janvier 2023, l'entreprise a entam\u00e9 une nouvelle \u00e9tape sous la direction du chef J\u00falio Pereira, \u00e9galement propri\u00e9taire de Ch\u00e1bom, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les sucreries r\u00e9gionales. Avec la vision du chef J\u00falio, ils maintiennent vivante la tradition qui d\u00e9finit l'\u00eele de Mad\u00e8re, tout en continuant \u00e0 innover et \u00e0 promouvoir ses saveurs authentiques.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t
