Nach der \u00dcbernahme im Januar 2023 begann das Unternehmen eine neue Etappe unter der Leitung von Chefkoch J\u00falio Pereira, der auch Eigent\u00fcmer von Ch\u00e1bom ist und sich auf regionale S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten spezialisiert hat. Mit der Vision des Chefkochs J\u00falio wird die Tradition, die die Insel Madeira ausmacht, am Leben erhalten, w\u00e4hrend gleichzeitig die authentischen Aromen der Insel weiterentwickelt und gef\u00f6rdert werden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t
